Kasosyo has established corporate governance structures to provide accountability with
internal and external control mechanisms in place.


Good and transparent corporate governance is critical to our ability to realize our goal of
being the “Kasosyo” or “business partner” for all our stakeholders. The leading practices
and principles on good and transparent governance have been adopted. Our internal
controls include close monitoring by the Board of Directors, while a number of internal
controls have been put into place, and a Remuneration Committee has been formed
and is responsible for approving the terms and conditions and levels of pay of all. We
use a SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002) approach for accountability and financial
reporting.

LOWER COSTS THROUGH NON PRIME LOCATIONS


We also aim to deliver the solutions to clients at a lower cost compared to big cities in India, and


the main Filipino cities of Metro Cebu and Metro Manila, because of a lower cost of labor and


lower rent. We will have our physical locations outside of the major cities so that we can pay


lower labor costs, lower rent and reduce the flow of people to major metropolises which causes


environmental and social problems. Requirements for us to be able to select a location, is to


have a supply of College graduates, large enough population, and the broadband fiber optic


cable. In Cebu province, the furtherest we can go away from Cebu City is to the outskirts of


Metro Cebu to Liloan and Naga.
