VManFriday is a division of Australian owned Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company, Kasosyo BPO, that serves Australian small and medium organizations from delivery centres in the Philippines.

Kasosyo BPO, Inc. provides comprehensive back office business process and contact centre outsourcing services to corporations globally. Owned and managed by an Australian team with BPO and business experience throughout the Asia Pacific region, Kasosyo BPO, Inc., was incorporated with the Philippines' Securities and Exchange Commission on 9 January 2009.


“Kasosyo” is the Filipino word for “business partner”.


Kasosyo BPO is a no frills Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) provider.

Data Security & Privacy
We at Kasosyo BPO understand the importance of maintaining strict confidentiality and have a data security standard in place for maintaining our own and customer data security and privacy in accordance with ISO 17799.


Our workflow processes have built-in safeguards ensuring that:

  • security is built into operational systems
  • loss, modification or misuse of user data is prevented in application of conversion systems;
  • the confidentiality, authenticity and integrity of customer supplied data and information is protected at all times.
Kasosyo BPO respects the confidentiality of customer information and we will sign a Non Disclosure Agreement if required. Under no circumstances will the customer data be used for any purpose other than which it was originally intended and agreed upon between Kasosyo BPO and the client.
